Tomato Chutney Recipe
Chutney is an Indian sauce widely used by Ayurveda. It has a balanced combination of flavors, with a tendency to spicy, acid and sweet. According to Ayurveda, the spicy and sour flavors are stimulating of digestive process, and the chutney therefore facilitates the digestion of food.
Tomato Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 ripe tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon salt tea
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil until soft and transparent;
Add remaining ingredients and cook until you desire, putting more salt, pepper or sugar, if necessary. It's ready!
Tip
You can keep it in the refrigerator for about 4 days.
